Since 100LL has been made available, has the quality or formulation
changed? Watching automotive fuels at the pump, car gas has changed
with various additives, ethanol, etc. But what about 100LL? Has 100LL
chemistry remained the same since its initial introduction?
Thx.

I"ve heard there are something like 50 different regional formulas for
auto gas. No wonder why refining gas is so expensive.

ASTM standards for avgas have remained the same and changes
require considerable public notice and comments.
